Best Mother's day buffet I've ever had! Potatoes, salads, chowder, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, shrimp cocktail, deserts! Aha- the food was so good I've gotten ahead of myself! The staff was fantastic! We showed up early and they still made us feel at home! Before long drinks were made available to us and at 10, we were informed the food was ready to go! The delicious, delicious food!

I want to live in a house like this. The garden and the garden bar are so great. I usually shun b&b's because of the creepiness factor sometimes encountered. But, the two gentlemen who run this spot stay out of your business. They are just there to help and make sure your comfortable. The rooms are clean and well appointed. And the bed I had was very, very comfortable. Great big bathroom too. I would definitely return. Excellent location and the evening drinks were so pleasant. I felt like I was in a different time...a sort of Caribbean vibe. Thank you #Hibiscus!! #westpalmbeach #FL

Wish I could give it more stars. We had an amazing time staying at this charming b&b in west palm. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and warmth from the owners, and we were happily surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. (We stayed in the one called Gardenia, not sure about the others) Beautiful backyard area with a fun, lively bar at night. The bartender had great recommendations where to dine, and our biggest mistake was making brunch reservations elsewhere for Sunday! Apparently they offer quite a feast. Excellent location...many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We'll be back for sure!

The Hibiscus was amazing. I can't say enough good things about our stay there. From the first moment, Mark and Michael were welcoming and friendly and made us feel like family staying in their home. The breakfasts are amazing. And in the evening, sitting at the bar out back feels like hanging with friends in a really cool backyard. Sunday brunch is absolute perfection. The food (and drink) and the ambiance is amazing. We had to leave before the cookout on Sunday afternoon and it felt like leaving a friends backyard barbecue a bit too early. Just a great place and the only place I would stay in West Palm! Great location as well. Easy walk to everything, but if you don't like walking - the trolley stops right outside. Great karaoke bar about a five minute walk away.

Amazing atmosphere and service. Came for the steel drums and lobsters, both were perfect.!

Unique find in West Palm Beach. Restored historic cottages turned into restaurant, bar, bed and breakfast. We dined a la fresco under the stars with music performed by a versatile and talented Jonathan Fiene that added to the wonderful ambiance. We enjoyed our meal starting with calamari. Main course was chicken parmesan, tender and tasty. A great venue for intimate private parties, weddings, showers. We will definitely return to try the Sunday brunch! Randy, the owner/manager was a wonderful host with a warm welcome and constant attention during the evening.

Had Sunday brunch here for Easter yesterday 4/5/2015. Made reservations here on yelp only to find out when arriving there on time @ 12:00pm, they didn't have our reservation, saying we weren't on the reservation list. Funny, I have email confirmations and text messages confirming our reservation. They then tell me they don't check there YELP emails. well then perhaps don't offer reservations via YELP THEN! The host offered us a table when patrons paying there check left, only another person gave that table away minutes later. They then offered us a table in the sun, no thanks, we'll wait..... 35 minutes later we finally get a table, they never offering us a beverage while waiting outside with no seating in the sun.. after being sat, we waited 15 mins for someone to offer us drinks. on top of all this the staff was rude. Our server CINDY was just plain unfriendly. I'm giving 2 stars for the food. The food was the only thing relatively good when it was available. they kept running out of stuff quick. The beverage station just so happened to be near our table , which was a good thing considering we had to help ourselves to water, mimosas, and coffee. Our server Cindy was just never at our table. Trying to be as polite as we could be, still rudeness towards us. So, needless to say, Easter Brunch here sucked. Never again will i return here for ANYTHING. Get friendlier staff perhaps. We also heard the people behind complaining about the rudeness.

We were there today (07/13/2014), for Sunday brunch. NEVER again. The waiter was rude, the manager was worse. We waited 1 1/2 hour for 2 eggs benedict, when our food finally arrived it was the wrong order (an omelette that belong to another table that had also been waiting a long time for their food). There were 2 waiters and only 3 tables were occupied. Absolutely no reason for such a wait. We told the waiter we had been waiting for over an hour and he never even apologize. We asked for the manager and she made no intent to make anything better. so we paid $30 for the mimosa and water down bloody mary and left. If I could give this place a -0 I would.

If you are heading to West Palm Beach, this is your place! Absolutely adorable and the local "Cheers." The rooms are clean and cozy, the bar has a nice wine list with full bar, and the food is always delicious! Pat will most likely greet you when you arrive...tell him you heard all good things from "Must Be Nice." :) The patio is spacious. Sit under the twinkling lights and enjoy the weather, music and local atmosphere. And if you're lucky, you will be there on a night of fun-filled karaoke. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach you can walk (or take the free trolley) to Publix, City Place shopping, Starbucks, Clematis Street and the waterfront. Ask Pat about the history of the houses...such a great story!

If I could give this place six stars, I would. The house is adorable, the rooms are immaculate, and the staff is attentive and friendly. We have stayed at the bed and breakfast multiple times, and each time we leave loving it more. It's a perfect location to explore city place and clematis. We will certainly be back.

This is a good find in WPB. It's a cute boutique bed and breakfast run by a couple of very nice gentlemen, Mike and Mark, who are super accommodating and the type of local business you want to give your business to. My girlfriend and I stayed here for the weekend of the Dave Matthews Band concerts. In the past, we have either stayed on the beach in Palm Beach and once down in Delray. We loved those places to, but what those places lack - at least the ones on Palm Beach - is being far from everything. The Hibiscus is right outside City Place, a block or two from where all the restaurants and nightlife resides. it's the perfect location. Full disclosure - we didn't take advantage of any of that because we were at a concert both nights in the Florida summer heat and enjoying an adult beverage or two, but regardless, it was nice to know it was there. When you show up, you have to run inside before you park, and check in. They will give you parking passes that allow you to use the metered spots for free along one side of the building. The rooms are smallish, but very comfortable. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. They offer the linens for sale, which was a first for me - not that I bought them, but I have never even seen that offered. If I had any complaints at all - and being who I am, of course I have complaints - its that (a) they should invest in curtains and (b) they should invest in better bathroom door locks. The windows have shades, but this is Florida, and shades don't do much to block the sunlight from coming into the room. Therefore, once the sun came up, it was almost too bright to sleep in the room. Secondly, the bathroom door didn't close and latch. Ended up not being a problem, but what if one of us had some bad Mexican food or refried beans? Yup, went there. They have a bar and restaurant, which we didn't use. They were apparently changing food service vendors, or something, but we had other plans anyway. It was an adorable backyard/patio area though, and probably an enjoyable place for a meal when it isn't 100 degrees. Also, they have free wifi. All in all, we were very satisfied and will definitely keep it in mind for our next trip to WPB. Might just have to remember to take a nap in the afternoon or something to ensure we can stay awake to enjoy the nightlife. Wow...I'm getting old.

First, I want to say that I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to after our weekend at the Palm Beach Hibiscus. With the help of the owner Randy, I was able to plan a perfect surprise anniversary weekend for my husband and I. From the initial greeting at the beautifully kept main house, the personally selected anniversary dinner ( prepared by their wonderful chef Alex), our stay in the Rosemary suite( also immaculate, beautiful, and equipped with a whirlpool tub.), the great laughs at the outside bar with Jessica and Tim, to the 24/7 onsite manager Charlie, who was the most accommodating person I think I have ever met! ( you rock ). If your looking for a wonderful, relaxing place to stay, this is your place!!! I'm not a friend or relative, although when I left I felt like one. Thank you for having us in your home. If you're looking for something different in West Palm Beach, then this is the spot! Right in downtown WPB between Clematis Street and City Place you'll find a fantastic boutique B&B. The management has recently changed and the new managers, Michael and Mark, have made some great improvements. I hadn't been in a couple years but I was amazed at how clean everything is now and how friendly everyone is. Michael and Mark really care about their customers and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The rooms are beautiful and the service is impeccable. The B&B also has a bar and food service. When you walk back to the bar and the back patio you feel as though you are transported from West Palm Beach to the Keys or a tropical island. I went on a beautiful Sunday evening and there was a steel drummer playing. It was the perfect ambiance to the perfect setting. I went to try out the new menu prepared by the new Chef. I had the turkey sliders and the pan roasted chicken with a mai tai to drink. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful! Chef Doug came out half way through my meal to check how everything was, no complaints here! I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items. I was told that they will be starting up a Sunday bbq soon and I am really looking forward to checking that out. Definitely stop by to check it out. I know I am glad that I stopped in after I heard there have been some changes. I am looking forward to see what else will change for the better. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay or eat and drink in West Palm.
